Babore has enjoyed a long history of success and formed part of a well known road sweeping, maintenance and cleaning services group of companies which was recognized as the leading road maintenance business nationally in South Africa in the 1990's.
The group rendered road sweeping and maintenance services to most of the local municipalities as well as National Roads over a period of time.
The business was sold in 1998. The current directors and roleplayers decided to revive the road sweeping business in South Africa due to the deterioration seen and experienced in the industry. The current roleplayers realized that they are unique and well equipped to manage road sweeping and maintenance and therefore contributing to road infrastructure in the country overall.
The main reason for the revival of the business was that the directors and supportive role players involved in the company are the only players who are well equipped to manage road sweeping and maintenance services

The Solution
The need for mechanical road sweeping and maintenance has increased substantially over the last two years.
Due to the rise in demand for the service it was acknowledged that the company is in an excellent position to provide these services not only through its knowledge, skills and experience but also providing new equipment with sufficient back-up facilities, thus having the capacity to handle the workload and meet the required clean standards
